BUSINESS ANALYST – ASSESSMENT & IMPLEMENTATION

The Business Analyst – Assessment & Implementation team will support the development and execution of operational solutions for new enterprise clients. This person will lead and manage various aspects of the new solution assessment and program implementation processes, including business case analysis, process definition, vendor negotiation, resource planning, client communications, training, on-boarding and integration of HH Global operational policies and procedures. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define, document, and implement efficient operational solutions for accounts
  • Compile and analyze data related to business cases, commercial models, costs/pricing, inventory and project management, resulting in client-ready presentations
  • Identify and understand client deliverables
  • Develop and implement project reporting to effectively optimize savings
  • Build process maps with MS Visio and/or MS Project to track the status of program solutions
  • Partner with Business Development, Operations, and Human Resources to ensure a smooth transition and rebadging process for current client employees
  • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to streamline business processes and procedures to improve overall workflow and client experience
  • Create client facing action point logs from meetings
  • Create clear and compelling presentations that demonstrate HH Global’s value
  • Undertake implementation, audit, and other duties during the implementation cycle
  • Travel to and work on-site in various client locations during key stages of implementation

CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES

  • Analytical mindset with a passion for problem solving with a consultative approach
  • 0-5 years of experience in a professional business environment
  • Previous client interfacing experience preferred, but not required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred, MBA a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team of both colleagues and clients Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project
  • Experience in project management preferred
  • Print industry experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven ability to interact with varying audiences and levels
  • Highly-proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Willing to travel 60% of the time
  • Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed
  • Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments
