Assistant Sales, Mkng & Administration

The role:

In this role, you will provide broad-based administrative support duties to operation and Sales & Mkng departments. Duties will include translations, handle mail posts, deliveries, inbound calls, filing, making travel arrangements, directing incoming and outgoing mail, handle visitors, purchasing consumables, handling general facilities and maintenance enquiries, supporting company’s events and sales communications to Members, HNF initiatives.


  • Translations of Marketing & Sales Materials and corporate documents,
  • Support organizing of company’s events, corporate meetings, SP meetings, dinners,
  • Expense request forms-approvals for various services (Legal expenses, Building/ facilities expenses, Supplies, Service providers, other),
  • Handle front desk, visitors, deliveries, mail post,
  • Monitor Office Cleaning & Office Maintenance needs in cooperation with the vendor,
  • Order office supplies and ensure enough stock- Coordination of orders, purchasing (office furniture, ink, paper, envelopes, letterhead paper, business cards, etc),
  • Keep a recording of all maintenance actions & Order of all maintenance supplies, including, kitchen supplies,
  • Fire Protection


  • Higher education (preferably in secretarial or business administration/management),
  • Up to 3 years administrative/secretarial experience,
  • Excellent PC skills in Microsoft Office applications (word processing, Excel, reports, graphics, PowerPoint, Access),
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language,
  • Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision,
  • Ability to keep the information confidential wherever necessary,
  • Ability to interact at all levels with sensitivity to cultural differences,
