Coordinator Events - Belgium  

Provide event & logistical support and expertise to ensure that the Belgian events (Flanders + Wallonia) are successfully organized and executed (both live and virtual): Liaise between event departments in the Netherlands and France:

  • Maintain relationship with all relevant suppliers to retrieve and process competitive quotes for Corporate events / incentives for Members;
  • Maintain contact with key suppliers and Members regarding the preparation of Corporate events / incentives;
  • Compose and lead suitable crew and support teams during Corporate events;
  • Responsible for all logistical aspects during Corporate events;
  • Communicate and coordinate with event project groups;
  • Ensure all required items are available and present at the right time and place in preparation of the events.
Purchasing & Logistics:
  • Maintain relationship with all relevant suppliers to retrieve and process competitive quotes and purchase of all needed items regarding events related projects
  • Make sure purchased items are available within deadlines and at the required places.
  • Responsible for the purchasing process to meet all requirements for reception, storage and distribution of purchased products/items (related to Events projects) to and from Venray Distribution Centre or third party locations.
Take on ad hoc projects given by Management and to ensure that these are delivered within given deadlines with a high quality of research and results. The results of such projects must be tracked and measured throughout and presented in a professional and concise manner;
  • Liaise and co-operate with the communication department to maximize event communications and reviews;
  • Action a wide range of marketing materials to support & drive Member momentum & maximize opportunities for Members to develop & grow their business. Contribute to the growth of Herbalife through effective implementation of all corporate & local Marketing activities.

Profile

  • With a Bachelor or Master degree in Sales Marketing or Events management, you have a first successful experience of a minimum of 3 years in Events Management. A background in a health, wellness or active lifestyle environment can be a “+”.
  • Your excellent communication and organizational skills, your rigor, and your pro-activeness will give you the ability to interact with third parties and partners on event and be able to represent the company.
  • You are able to work with global functional teams and adapt to a changing work environment.
  • You also have very good skills in MS Office and good knowledge in virtual events (Zoom/Teams or other platform experience)
  • You adopt a healthy and sporty lifestyle and know how to convey these values through your daily work.
  • This position requires fluency in English, French and Flemish.
