This Opportunity 
 

Heitman’s Frankfurt office is seeking a working student to join our Private Equity Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be available immediately for up to 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Deep insight into the daily business of a global real estate investment manager
  • Be part of the underwriting and evaluation of real estate acquisitions throughout Europe across strategies and asset classes
  • Contribute to the management of investments through their Lifecyle, including internal and external reporting
  • Supporting the analyses and strategy implementation at asset and portfolio level
  • Open corporate culture with flat hierarchies
  • Steep learning curve through constructive teamwork with qualified and experienced colleagues
  • Pleasant working environment in a modern office, located centrally in Frankfurt
  • Possibility to enter into a working student or full-time position after successful completion of the internship

 

Qualifications:

  • Advanced studies for a degree in Finance/Economics/Business, preferably with a focus on real estate
  • Passion for the real estate industry
  • Previous experience in a relevant field such as real estate, investment banking or corporate finance (e.g. through an internship or working student activity)
  • Profound MS Office knowhow (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and communicative skills
  • Proactive and goal oriented working style
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Ability to work up to 20 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling, and up to 40 hours during semester breaks where possible.
