The Sales Enablement Manager / business analyst supports Heitman’s capital-raising and client service teams by providing insights, structure, and operational support across the sales lifecycle.  This role focuses on tracking results, managing the sales funnel, supporting the sales team’s prospecting efforts, and enabling execution through data, technology, content, and cross-functional collaboration. 

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Track and analyze capital raising results, sales performance, pipeline health, and funnel progression.
  • Manage sales funnel reporting, forecasts, and dashboards across Heitman’s product suite to support leadership decision-making. 
  • Contribute to firmwide communications effort to provide visibility into capital raising efforts and results.  Create and maintain firm-level presentations to report capital raising results on a periodic basis. 
  • Provide day-to-day analytical and operational support to the sales team, including assistance with prospecting and industry research.
  • Own and manage the Client Service & Marketing subscription budget, including managing relationships with third-party vendors and platforms. Regularly assess tool utilization and consolidate or optimize subscriptions as the organization scales.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of the new Juniper Square technology solution.  Work with the capital raising and client service teams to drive adoption of the new technology platform.
  • Develop and refine sales content, messaging, and enablement materials in collaboration with product and marketing.
  • Coordinate and support technical and product training for capital raising team and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate client service and marketing team meetings, including production of materials in support of sales team meetings and product deep divers.
  • Partner with marketing, client service, product and technology to ensure technology solutions are aligned across business.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, capital markets, investor relations, or related roles within real estate investment management, asset management, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment structures, fund strategies, and the institutional fundraising process.
  • Proven experience building enablement programs that support revenue or capital formation goals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.

 

Preferred

  • Experience supporting institutional fundraising or alternative investments (real assets, private equity, private credit)
  • Familiarity with CRM and enablement platforms (e.g., Juniper Square, Salesforce, Preqin, eVestment, With Intelligence)
  • Relevant advanced degrees or certifications
  • Background in finance, economics, real estate, or related quantitative disciplines.

 

Job Location and Travel

  • This position is based in our Chicago office.
  • Our teams work in a hybrid environment and in-office days vary by team.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $90,000-$105,000 and will be further discussed during the interview process. This range represents what Heitman reasonably and in good faith believes we would pay a qualified candidate for this role at the time of posting (based on a full-time equivalent schedule). Your actual base salary placement will depend on factors such as (but not limited to): your relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition, all of our team members are bonus eligible and participate in a generous annual bonus plan, with the percentage varying based on your role and level, ensuring that your contributions are recognized and rewarded.
