Temporary Seasonal CDL Driver
Description
- Location: 352 Mountain House Rd, Halifax, PA
- Starting Pay: $28.55/hour
- Shift Details: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (core hours)
- Monday - Thursday
- Overtime as needed
- Seasonal Term: January through June (with potential to extend)
- Safely operate a CDL truck for daily pick‑up and delivery of materials between Halifax and Tower City
- Maintain the truck and follow the regular vehicle maintenance schedule
- Complete all required paperwork in compliance with company standards, OSHA, and state/federal regulations
- Represent Hearth & Home Technologies with professionalism, courtesy, and responsibility when interacting with suppliers
- Inspect the trailer before and after each trip and report any defects or concerns.
- Follow all company rules, regulations, and safety practices, including JSA, LOTO, Certified Safe Member, and 5S procedures
- Demonstrate reliability and consistent attendance
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Valid CDL license
- Strong commitment to safety
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift, palletjack)
- Dependable, responsible, and punctual work habits
- Willingness to follow established processes and safety protocols
