The Finance Manager at Hearth & Home Technologies plays a critical role in supporting our global supply chain operations. This position involves overseeing financial activities related to raw materials, freight, warehousing and working capital. The Finance Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights and support to enhance financial performance and decision-making.
 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align supply chain activities with HHT’s strategic goals.
  • Provide financial analysis and support for supply chain decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and working capital.
  • Lead financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of monthly reports, variance analyses, and budgets.
  • Continuously seek to improve processes and ensure high-quality financial management.
Skills and Abilities 
  • Strong organizational skills to manage workload and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to anticipate future impacts of decisions and focus on business growth.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality in financial reporting.
Education & Experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
  • 5+ years in a management role with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution settings is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data visualization software (Tableau or PowerBI), Excel spreadsheets, and project management tools.
Other Requirements 
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
