Fireside Hearth and Home (FHH) is looking to add a Branch Manager at our Wilmington NC location. This position will also be responsible for the Myrtle Beach branch.

- Lead and support Division Field Operations Supervisor (DFOS), customer service, and warehouse teams, including daily oversight, coaching, training, and performance management.
- Foster strong collaboration between branch, hub, and sales teams.
- Manage working capital by overseeing inventory, conducting quarterly audits, and resolving A/R issues.
- Drive branch financial performance through labor management, capacity planning, and control of G&A expenses.
- Coordinate installation and service schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Provide field support to DFOS and Service Technicians throughout the preview and post‑view process.
- Manage branch cash handling, including issuing checks, deposits, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Handle retail walk‑in sales of Hearth products, services, and accessories.
- Candidates should possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Can build relationships with internal and external customers.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail
- Problem-solving capabilities and excellent customer service skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations-related or construction related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience
