Our Utility members are responsible for assisting in the operation of the department by serving as a backup to various production members and providing informal leadership to work teams regarding assignments, schedules, operating procedures and improvement opportunities. This role is the ‘go-to’ member to keep daily production goals on track by being versatile enough to jump in and assist nearly any work cell and support non-standard processes.
