Our Assembly Technicians are responsible for manufacturing and assembling our unique products for customers all across North America.  This position utilizes general assembly using powered screw guns and hand-held power tools to construct each of our uniquely designed products with multiple opportunities for you to learn more advanced assembly techniques as you progress through your time with us.

Position responsibilities include: 

  • Build standard and custom fireplace products using various pieces of hand tools and equipment
  • Operate a mechanical hoist, forklift, pallet jacks, and pneumatic tools when necessary
  • Ensure product and process meet Quality, Delivery, Cost and Safety expectations
  • Work as a team to ensure schedule is met daily
  • Work with others and occasionally help provide supportive training when needed
  • Perform proper equipment preventative maintenance
  • A hard working, positive attitude and accountable personality
  • Additional responsibilities as needed

Your on-boarding will be quicker if you have experience with: 

  • Equipment: small hand tools, drills etc...
  • Production and manufacturing environments
  • Ability to read simple diagrams and drawings
  • Have working experience with sheet metal
  • Being familiar with proper handling of materials - Sheet metal, painted parts

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, fractions, decimals), reading and writing
