- Own and Drive Manufacturing Excellence: Ensure operations demand and material planning are aligned to achieve production KPIs through strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to achieve industry leading customer to lead time promise rate.
- Drive Continuous Process Innovation: Proactively identify and deploy the right talent, structures, systems, and technology to sustain competitive advantage through agile and efficient manufacturing operations.
- Optimize Budget and Operations: Take charge of budget planning and resource allocation to maximize manufacturing efficiency. Leverage cutting-edge technology and modern leadership practices to streamline processes and boost productivity.

- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field; preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
- Lean certifications or proficiency in methodologies such as 6S, A3, continuous improvement, and value stream mapping.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
