Position Summary
The Regional Director, Clinical Services will develop regionalized strategies that meet member health outcomes and client objectives. Partnering with leadership teams to ensure smooth operating process development, procedural delivery, and drive engagement that ensures the success of Healthmap Solutions.

The ideal candidate will be located in the CST, MST, or PST time zone.

Responsibilities

  • Direct in conjunction with senior leadership, to harmonize the management and operations of our Member and Provider Service programs in assigned region, ensuring smooth workflows, quality member health outcomes and achieving performance metrics
  • Build and manage relationships with health care providers to ensure provider on-boarding targets, cost of care and member engagement numbers are achieved
  • Responsible for hitting operating targets including financial targets for the region
  • Implement operational strategies to improve healthcare services and enhance members outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of standardized operating processes to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and adhere to regulatory requirements
  • Develop, coach and mentor regional department teams to maintain operational excellence to drive a culture that is innovative, collaborative, results driven, and accountable
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance, identify and address barriers and/or areas for improvement
  • Ensure that all associates are successfully engaging with physician practices/members, developing long-term relationships with those practices, managing practice performance
  • Support the coordination and organization of meetings, training, and events related to our operations
  • Work in concert with other regions to ensure operational synergy and achieve business targets
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data to support decision-making and operational planning
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare operations and provide suggestions for process improvement
  • Participate in talent acquisition initiatives and selection process
  • Available to work outside normal business hours based on business need
  • Travel through assigned region as needed and to corporate headquarters
  • Perform other operational functions necessary for efficient and successful growth in the market

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration preferred
  • Active RN licensure required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (based on role)
  • 10 years’ experience strategizing and implementing the design of clinical and quality activities 
  • 10 years’ of progressive leadership management operations experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proven history of generating superior results
  • Proof of valid and unrestricted driver’s license required
  • Must reside within coverage area
Must comply with organization policies for health screening and immunizations, including but not limited to: 
  • Current Tuberculosis (TB) test or current chest X-ray
  • Proof of immunizations (e.g., Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, COVID-19, Influenza)
  • Participation in annual health and wellness screenings

Skills 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to stakeholders
  • Must be able to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong critical thinking skills to identify and resolve operational challenges
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Moderate Travel, up to 15% of the time
