Position Summary

The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator administers internal Human Resource (HR) systems, by tracking correspondence, managing data records and processing updates in alignment with HR initiatives. This role ensures excellence by implementing and updating policies, procedures, and generating reports that support external departments and internal audits and analysis.

Responsibilities 

  • Manages the Learning Management System (LMS) set-up for learner course enrollment, course deadline notifications, and the removal of learner(s) from the learning system
  • Work with compliance to ensure all annual, client, BOD/SAB, and contractor trainings meet established deadlines
  • Manages Open Sesame and Relias vendor relationship, content, and builds programs in Dayforce by job type to make content available
  • Provides reporting within the Learning Management System (LMS) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
  • Research available LMS content based on content and business needs
  • Acts as a Subject-Matter expert (SME) who troubleshoots issues and provides resolution based on system vendor input
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) that works across Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), Learning, and Compliance to update and manage the HR policies relevant to new hires, current staff, and non-employees and audits new hire on-boarding to ensure all polices are current
  • Responsible for all Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) surveys post training
  • Builds reports and structures to support needed programs (i.e., clinical license verification, org. charts) and works with IT to ensure outlook directories are current
  • Audit and approves HR actions including but not limited to transfers, promotions, terminations, referral bonuses, department changes, name changes, address changes, etc.
  • Maintains accurate data in the employee electronic file including but not limited to new hire data, status changes, and conducts periodic audits ensuring data integrity
  • Responsible for assisting with enterprise-wide data requests that include compliance audits, IT audits, subpoenas, annual verification checks, attestations (motor vehicle record (MVR), licensure, credit checks, etc.) unemployment claims through to completion
  • Supports HRIS systems implementations, upgrades and new programs, support, testing and roll out
  • Responsible for answering employee questions or concerns
  • Compile learning data for HR and organization leadership 
  • Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for processes which include identifying challenges and solutions within Learning and HR
  • Assist in the management of the new hire compliance training
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university
  • 5  years of experience in Human Resources and managing an LMS system its or related field 
  • 5  years of experience in reporting and data analytics in Human Resources
  • Experience working with Ceridian Dayforce and other HRIS systems
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
