Position Summary
The Product Manager supports the product’s fundamental value proposition, outlines vision and execution plan, gains alignment and support from key strategic partners and stakeholders. The role will involve product planning and execution throughout our varied products lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer – both internal and external – requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with Engineering, Data Science, Growth (Marketing and Sales), and Clinical Operations to support and ensure revenue and customer, patient, and provider satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals – ensuring that our products become consistently more effective, efficient, and innovative. This role will develop strategies to improve current products and services and generate ideas on new products. This role works closely with customers and internal stakeholders who provide feedback and guidance to help set the direction of the various parts of our overall Kidney Health Management platform and product.

Responsibilities

  • Actively anticipate future needs and utilize metrics and qualitative input to identify asset improvement opportunities
  • Represent the product through the creation of product guardrails and governance
  • Set and communicates clear roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences from the product team to executive levels
  • Gather requirements across stakeholders to identify and drive both cross-product and cross- customer value and shared learnings on a consistent basis
  • Guide Agile developments in the role; owns the product backlog and uses input from internal partner teams to frequently refresh and re-prioritize the backlog
  • Coordinate cross-functionally across the different functional groups (e.g., Data Science, Growth, Clinical Operations, etc.) to execute on product vision with end-top end accountability
  • Determine how changes to the product will affect the business and systems and provides recommendations regarding the evolution of the system
  • Lead the development MVPs and pilots for our population health management platform
Requirements
  • Five years product and/ or consulting experience to include:
    • Three years working with design thinking, software lifecycle. Experience with end-to-end product management lifecycle
    • Two to three years as an Associate Product Manager, Business Analyst, or product adjacent experience
  • Experience in Healthcare – specifically in Population Health management, Kidney Care, or Consumer Health Tech
  • Strong technical understanding to be able to work with Engineering and Data Science teams
  • Ability to navigate through situations to ensure the most robust and pragmatic solutions

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail with an action/results orientation
  • Demonstrated problem prevention/problem solving abilities
  • Talented in strong relationship building
  • Excellent oral, written, and public presentation skills
Travel
Limited Travel, Scheduled per needs of the business
