Summary/Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide administrative support for the Talent Acquisition department. They will assist the Talent Acquisition (TA) team with day-to-day tasks, support the TA team, maintain employee records, and provide administrative support to the TA team. The TA Coordinator will be part of creating and implementing an engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities will be in the following areas:
Onboarding:
- Verbally and electronically communicate with new hires who are going through the onboarding process to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Manages the electronic new hire “On-Boarding” system for assigned new hires and assures that new hires have completed the process
- Generates onboarding report to track your progress and completion
- Schedules and post-offer physicals/drug screens, schedules new hire orientation, and verifies and completes section 2 of the I-9 process, and any new hire documents
- Monitors employee background check and drug screen results in vendor site and escalates as appropriate
- Prepare new hire orientation material and maintain accurate data entry for new hires in HRIS.
- Supports audits/reviews of personnel files, and for maintaining and communicating employee contact information
- Conduct 2-week check-in with new hires
Talent Acquisition:
- Sources candidates, through candidate outreach methods, works on improving messaging and facilitating candidates into the pipeline.
- Manages the ATS and the CRM for all mining and candidate outreach for current requisitions and pipelining areas.
- Provides administrative support to multiple Talent Acquisition Specialists to facilitate the full life-cycle talent acquisition process, including but not limited to scheduling, document generation, reporting, and data tracking
- Creates, coordinates, and delivers customer and employee surveys for Talent Acquisition and Onboarding feedback and provides data to Director, Talent Acquisition and/or Leadership Team
Education & Experience
- Associate degree and 2 years of relevant HR or Administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s preferred
- Proficiency required in written and interpersonal communication skills and Microsoft Office applications including Excel
- Experience in HRIS and ATS is a plus.

Salary: $21.00 - $25.00 an hour
