What you will be doing: 
 
Your area of responsibility will cover Manufacturing, Logistics and Facilities departments in all countries.
For those departments, you will:
  • Lead the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts and analyze actuals versus plan and/or forecast
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis for FP&A leaders
  • Partner closely with business partners for ad-hoc support and analysis
  • Build and maintain dashboards and metrics to identify key trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly accruals and post to Oracle
  • Partner with accounting and department heads to understand operating and capital expense results and business drivers during month-end close process
  • Develop unit cost calculations and reconciliation with build plan, shipping plan and budget
  • Propose and implement ideas to continuously improve our budgeting and reporting processes
What you should have: 
  • Master degree or equivalent, and at least 2 years of relevant experience in Finance dealing with manufacturing services
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles related to standard costs and overhead costs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical and modeling skills including advanced proficiency in Excel and the ability to quickly manipulate and analyze large data sets
  • Hands on, results-oriented and comfortable navigating systems to get the right data
  • Comfortable meeting tight deadlines and managing priorities
  • Experience of Oracle Cloud and/or Adaptive Insights is a plus
