Job Description
- Leading the Americas - Cash Management Team (1 head)
- Preparation and consolidation of reporting with regards to cash actuals, forecast and budget
- Improve and establish solid cash management & working capital management strategy for Americas
- Support Factoring programs
- Manage Bank relationship
- Establish lending/financing strategies for regions
- Maintain and control cash pooling, bank accounts, credit card programs and liquidity strategy with cash management team
- Treasury related project work
Required skills/knowledge:
- University degree in Finance
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in treasury
- Experienced in leading the international team
- Expert level in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
- Good problem solving skills
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Prefers Master's Degree

- Advanced analytical and organization skills
- Advanced spreadsheet and modelling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Interested in process improvement
- A team player with ability to work under pressure
- Able to work with remote of cross-functional teams
- Working as treasurer in automotive / production industry before
- Experiences in international environment
