Job Description and Performance Standards
Department: Royal Oaks
Reports To: Dining Services Manager
Status: Full Time
Responsible for the preparation of quality foods for residents, associates and guests under the supervision of the Dining Services Manager.
Education: High school degree. Basic reading, writing and mathematics skills required.
Experience: Three years in food service, preferably in retirement community or restaurant food preparation as cook.
Skills: Food preparation. Ability to understand instructions and communicate with residents and staff.
