Job Description and Performance Standards
Title: Dishwasher - 992209007
Department: Dining Services
Reports To: Dining Services Manager
Shift: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Occasional nights and weekends required)
Clean all dishware and cookware used for meal service. Keeps area clean at all times.
Education: High school graduate or GED desirable
Experience: No previous experience required
Skills: Ability to understand instructions and communicate with residents and associates
PHYSICAL, MENTAL, ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Works in a typical restaurant setting subject to the hazards associated with such an environment including wet surfaces, cleaning and cooking equipment and sharp instruments. Subject to chemical hazards.

Moderate amount of lifting, pushing, pulling, stooping and bending. Extended periods of standing or walking are required. Full body range of motion is required. Operates high temperature dish machine. Must be able to work at unprotected heights (step ladder). Adheres to uniform policy and wears a hair restraint.
