Title: Administrative Services Assistant 992005201
Department: Royal Oaks – Dept. 200
Reports To: Administrative Services Manager
Shift: Weekend-8:00 AM-5:00PM
Performs a wide variety of responsibilities in assisting the Administrative Services Manager of Royal Oaks in facilitating the efficient operation of the office. Data entry, phone, assist in processing purchase orders, make deposits in absence of Administrative Services Manager.
Education: High School graduate required.
Experience: One to three years secretarial experience preferred.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must. Telephone and visitor contacts delivered in a pleasant and professional manner. Word processing and computer experience required.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL, ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Typical office equipment. Subject to constant interruptions with moderate to heavy work volume requirements. Assist in special events Royal Oaks sponsors, including weekend events. Flexible work schedule which could occasionally include evenings and weekends. Moderate amounts of physical activity, including stooping, bending, loading and lifting. Requires considerable amount of work at a CRT screen.
