Job Description and Performance Standards

Department:  Bradley Wellness Center/Bradley Whiteside Rehabilitation

Reports To:  Director Rehabilitation and Wellness Services

Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm
Status: Full-Time


Responsible for sales and marketing  of new memberships and the retention of current memberships at Bradley Wellness Center (BWC)   Responsible for referrals and marketing of outpatient rehabilitation services located at Bradley Whiteside Rehabilitation (BWRC).   Works closely with Director of Rehabilitation and Wellness Services and leadership staff of BWC and BWRC, Marketing Department, other Hamilton Medical Center departments, community businesses and interests to organize, plan and execute events that will promote Bradley Wellness Center and Bradley Whiteside Rehabilitation as a community resource for health, wellness, and rehabilitation services.  Creatively plan and execute membership drives and events to generate new members and events focused on current member retention. Visit and directly market to current and potential resources for outpatient rehabilitation patient referrals in the local market and in nearby markets with referral potential.  Serve as the primary liaison between local businesses and the Hamilton Corporate Wellness Program. As the primary liaison this may include identifying and making initial contacts with businesses in the community promoting the corporate program.  To establish rapport and promote the benefits and services of Hamilton Corporate Wellness including following up with the organizations that inquire about Hamilton Corporate Wellness or seeking information on initiatives relevant to Hamilton Corporate Wellness. Maintains awareness of local competition and industry trends. Responsible for managing sales staff.. Responsible for collaborating with the programming supervisor with input and direction of special class programming, planning well in advance to ensure proper time to market for maximum participation. Other duties as assigned.


Education:   Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications or related field.

Licensure:  American Heart Association BLS Required

Experience:  Minimum of 2 years experience including marketing, sales, customer service and retention, computer skills, financial and statistical analysis and supervisory skills.

Skills: Sales driven, personnel management, business administration, excellent organizational skills, excellent communication skills, excellent customer service skills. Marketing experience in multimedia forms including print, digital and social media platforms.


Primarily an office environment with some responsibility for covering front line areas which may include lifting or other physical labor. Requires the mental ability to coordinate multiple tasks and schedules and deal with customer issues.
