Job Description and Performance Standards
Title: The Gardens Manager - 992101522
Department: The Gardens At Royal Oaks
Reports To: Executive Director
Shift: 8:30am - 5:00pm; Monday - Friday
Performs a wide variety of responsibilities to include coordination of service for residents in The Gardens. Completes resident assessments prior to admission and revises assessments. Ensures residents receive services based on their healthcare plan. Ensures resident satisfaction and achievement of their realistic goals. Motivates residents to maintain their independence. Responsible for hiring and training of The Gardens’ associates.
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
Licensure: Current LPN license in the State of Georgia.
Experience: Experience in community based programs for older persons.
Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate associates and develop relationships with residents.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL, ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Prolonged standing and walking with ability to assist residents with ADL’s. Works in assisted living setting with adult geriatric residents experiencing a wide range of assistance with daily living needs.
