Bulk Storage Coordinator (4:30a-12:30p)
Description
SUMMARY: To assist Bulk Storage Supervisor and Bulk Storage Lead to insure a smooth work flow trough out the Bulk Storage Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Orient and train new employees on power equipment, RF units, and LMS badge scanners;
- Monitor work flow and move employees with direction from supervisor and/or lead to efficiently manage work load;
- Oversee any areas that could become problems and report them to the supervisor and/or lead;
- Monitor performance under direction of supervisor and/or lead, with attention to quality, productivity and teamwork;
- Perform regular duties as time allows;
- Special projects as assigned.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proven work record consisting of high productivity;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds;
- Ability to work well along and with others;
- Ability to perform multiple tasks;
- Ability to operate Counter Balance, Walkie Rider, Turret Truck, and Order Picker equipment;
- Good attendance record;
- Ability to work overtime as required;
- Strong knowledge of Bulk warehousing and equipment operations;
- Strong RF knowledge/skills;
- Computer skills – Windows, Word, Excel;
- Some knowledge of WMS system.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: At least a High School diploma or equivalent/ and relevant warehouse and/or supervisory experience.
