You will play a vital role in extracting valuable market data by investigating relevant information from a variety of sources to benefit our organization. This role is responsible for applying market and business knowledge to generate insights that can be easily consumed by the business in their decision making.
We value curiosity, attention to detail, and a strong analytical mindset. Your ability to work independently within a collaborative environment and communicate complex findings will be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Understand business dynamics and identify gaps that will enable the business to readily adapt to changing scenarios, making it possible to minimise operational disruption and explore new opportunities.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to determine research objectives.
- Monitor and translate industry developments, trends and activities, as well as economic factors that impact the market.
- Identify sources, gather information and compile meaningful insights through investigation, testing research methodologies, and verifying accuracy and relevance through surveys, interviews, etc.
- Prepare and present research findings, and insights-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a dynamic business environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to compile insights from a variety of complex sources.
- Proactive thinker with a curious mindset.
- Inventive and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to identify patterns and derive actionable insights from multiple sources.
- Intermediate understanding of and ability to interpret financial results.
- The ability to translate changing market conditions into action.
- Objective and ethical investigative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
