  • Summary
    • The real estate intern will assist Ruddell Group with creating and editing proformas as well as financial modeling for current and future real estate development projects.
  • Key Outcomes
    • Intern will produce editable Excel documents that Ruddell Group can use on future projects to maximize our capabilities and deal flow.
  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities and Est. % of Time Spent on Each
    • Understand basic operations and needs of a real estate development project. 10%
    • Work in Excel to build proforma documents for financial modeling. 80%
    • Train Ruddell Group directors and financial support on using new models. 10%
