What you will do: The coordinate interview logistics, assist with making travel arrangements, assist with our Applicant Tracking System, and provide candidates with white treatment as they make their way through the entire interview and onboarding process.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination and interview logistics of all candidates with hiring teams across the company, providing a world class experience.
- Assist with applicant tracking, assessments, background and drug screening of candidates, and processing documentation.
- Assist with the onboarding logistics for South Africa and America.
- Assist with national and international travel bookings.
- Assist with VISA applications.
- Assist with branding goods for onboarding.
- Process weekly and monthly reports as needed.
- Respond to various inquiries from the talent acquisition team and/or candidates.
- Work on special projects as assigned.
- Assist with door locks – registering tags.
- Be a trusted member of the Talent Acquisition team making a positive impact utilizing your relationship-building skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with candidates.
- Assist with employment contracts and offer letters.
- Support referral program and processes.
- Partner with Human Resources to make sure candidates have a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
- Respond to various inquiries from the talent acquisition team and/or candidates. Work on special projects as assigned.
Required Education and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Ability to navigate and learn complex internal software.
- Willingness to overlap with US-based hours.
- Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional organization and proofing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage own workflow with minimal supervision.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
- Ability to develop improvement recommendations and implement solutions.
- Ability to prioritize and find the most efficient solution to problems quickly.
- Demonstrated level of technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint at the Intermediate or Advanced levels required.
