Description

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, connected senior sales leader to manage a seasoned team of sales directors and sales executives. The candidate will have strong senior relationships at key agencies and clients in the East Coast region.  The candidate must have an extensive understanding of the online media landscape, the advertising community in the territory and have 5-10 years of successful media sales management experience.

Responsibilities  & Responsibilities

  • Expectation to lead the East Coats sales team to generate a high volume of sales related activity including meetings, presentations, RFP’s, and more.
  • Provide market insight into digital media and generate sales specifically from key brands.
  • Strong Understanding of Programmatic and relationships with senior members at the agency trading desks.
  • Support the Head of Sales in developing, managing, and executing strategic sales opportunities.
  • 5-10 years of  sales leadership responsibilities in Internet advertising; technology-driven advertising solutions experience a plus
  • Demonstrated success selling to major agencies and brand advertisers on a national basis
  • Proven ability to manage and grow 8-figure+ revenue targets
  • Successful experience working in an entrepreneurial, venture-backed environment
  • Process-oriented, approachable manager known for building team spirit
  • Autonomous, decisive leader and decision maker
