Description

Do you eat, sleep and breath Esports and Social Media?  This role gives you training on how to help major Esports teams and their sponsors get the most out their our social media sponsorship measurement & valuation platform.

With viewership shifting from away from TV, sports teams and their sponsors are struggling to measure the media value they are driving in social media.  Even more, newer sports like Esports are digital first and require a new breed of media valuation capabilities.  GumGum Sports is at the cutting edge of solving this problem for the $60B sponsorship industry and trailblazing solutions specifically for the Esports category.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing on all Esport client projects and delivering advanced solutions
  • Managing to tight project deadlines
  • Monitor expected/actual project cost on an ongoing basis
  • Creation of documentation to train our computer vision algorithms
  • Manage project setup and participate in team project planning meetings with relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate with Sales to provide support/documentation to help with Esports RFP responses
  • Executes quickly and efficiently
  • Compile relevant content to help create sales presentations
  • Quality Assurance
  • Sales prospecting support
  • Industry research

Requirements:

  • Have a deep understanding of the major social media platforms (including Twitch) and be an Esports enthusiast
  • Must be detail oriented, highly driven, and independent
  • Passion for the NBA, College Basketball, and other sports a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Comfort and proficiency with creating pivot tables
