Greenberg Traurig has an excellent opportunity for a senior level Associate to join a busy commercial Litigation Practice in our Miami or Fort Lauderdale offices. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of experience in commercial litigation, including experience as a first or second chair trial attorney. Federal clerkship experience a plus.  A demonstrated record of client service and the ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and in teams is essential. The ideal candidate must have excellent academic credentials, and strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in legal drafting and research, managing traditional and electronic discovery, and frequent appearances before state and federal courts. Candidates should be ranked in the top 10% of their law school class or have graduated from a top-tier law school. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required. Florida Bar preferred.
