Benefits & Compensation - Associate (Mid-Level or Senior) - CHI or MIA
We are seeking a mid-level or senior associate with a minimum of 2 years of executive compensation and employee benefits/ERISA experience. Significant experience with the compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions (buy-side) is required. Applicants should be proficient in Sections 83, 280G and 409A of the IRC and should have experience drafting stock option plans, profits interest agreements and executive employment agreements. Laterals from large law firms are preferred but LL.M. candidates with relevant prior experience may be considered. Ideally the associate will sit in the firm’s Chicago office or Miami office.
