Labor & Employment - Associate (junior/midlevel) - LA
Greenberg Traurig has multiple opportunities for third- to fifth-year Associates in the Labor & Employment practice of our Los Angeles office; position may be based in Los Angeles or our other California office locations.
Practice includes representing employers on both a class and individual basis with respect to wage and hour compliance, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements, along with other labor and employment issues.
Strong preference for candidates with wage & hour class action and PAGA experience.
Qualified candidates will have strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the desire and initiative to "take ownership" over work and career. Litigation experience and wage and hour substantive background is important.
Candidates must be ranked top 20% from a top law school and be in good standing with the CA State Bar.
