Attorney Talent Acquisition Temporary Assistant
Description
- Assists with the on-campus recruiting process and Summer Associate Program
- Provides support for the on-campus recruitment process by preparing materials, scheduling callback interviews, following-up with attorneys, and coordinating appropriate communications to candidates
- Assists with the coordination of in-person or virtual interviews for candidates and distribution of relevant materials to interviewers
- Communicates and interacts with candidates both in the office and on-campus
- Maintains and tracks candidates in the applicant tracking system, and manages and updates applicant databases with relevant information
- Performs miscellaneous administrative duties including but not limited to processing invoices and law firm shared expenses
- Assists with other department activities/special projects as needed, and performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
- High attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and effectively prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor, and presentation
- Recognize confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information, and maintain confidentiality
- High School Diploma; pursuing Bachelor’s Degree a plus
- Zero to two years administrative recruiting experience in a mid-to-large size professional organization preferred; law firm experience a plus
- Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
The expected hourly range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00. As a temporary employee, the incumbent may be eligible for sick time or other forms of paid time off, as required by law. The incumbent may also be eligible to participate in the Firm’s 401k plan and employee assistance program pursuant to the terms of the plan and GT policies.
