Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, currently has an excellent employment opportunity for a Senior Level Associate Attorney in the Corporate Finance Practice of our Boston office. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in debt finance transactions, including representation of lenders and borrowers in asset-based, cash flow and junior capital transactions.  Acquisition finance, restructuring, workout, and distressed transaction experience a plus.  Candidate should have significant experience drafting, reviewing and revising credit agreements, security agreements and other financing documentation and a working knowledge of UCC and other secured transaction matters.  This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced associate comfortable taking on significant responsibility for deal management, client interaction and all manner of finance transactions. Must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
