Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a HRIS Coordinator in either our Doral (Miami), FL; Phoenix, AZ; or Atlanta (ACE), GA office locations. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.

Position Summary:

The HRIS Coordinator will provide administrative support for Shared Services HR team with a focus on HRMS and HR transactions including data entry, ensuring data integrity, and conducting various metrics and reporting.


Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responds to general inquiries and concerns from HR staff, employees and management relating to pay, PTO, hours worked, and other HR data issues
  • Supports HRIS and Workday functions, including data entry, system maintenance, and user support
  • Provides end-user support by troubleshooting system-related queries and issues
  • Ensures accurate and timely data entry for new hires, employee updates, and separations
  • Supports data integrity in all HR systems by conducting routine audits and data validation to ensure data accuracy and compliance
  • Maintains HRIS and Workday documentation, including user guides and training materials
  • Learns and stays updated on Workday features, updates, and best practices
  • Assists with other department activities as needed, and performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications & Prior Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources or in related field
  • One to three years in an administrative role with exposure to HR; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum two years of functional experience with HR databases and other HRIS tools supporting HR
  • Familiarity with HR processes and best practices
  • Must have knowledge of database and internet software; human resource and payroll systems such as Workday and other HRIS software experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
