Health Care & FDA, Senior Associate (5-7 years of experience). 

Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, has an exceptional full-time employment opportunity for a Senior Associate in the Health Care & FDA Practice of our Houston office. This position offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package. 

The Houston team represents health care providers and suppliers, medical device manufacturers, and other health-related entities, as well as private equity and venture capital firms with investments in the health care industry. Candidates must have health care regulatory, transactional, and compliance experience, with a focus on contract negotiations and drafting, fraud and abuse compliance, and coverage and reimbursement matters.  Candidates should have experience with FDA regulatory compliance and enforcement matters.

Large firm or government experience is preferred.  Candidates must be highly motivated with strong academics, excellent writing skills, and an attention to detail.  In addition, candidates must possess a willingness to work in an ever-changing practice environment and always expand their legal skill set and knowledge.  Must be admitted to the Texas Bar or eligible for admission to the Texas Bar.
