Description

Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, currently has an excellent full time employment opportunity for a 2nd to 4th year Litigation Associate in the Houston office. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.

Position Summary

Ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of commercial and business litigation experience, preferably in a large law firm setting. Position will be focused on complex commercial litigation.  

Skills & Competencies

Candidate must possess strong interpersonal, administrative and organizational skills, must be detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize and manage workload; must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Candidates should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and research skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to take on significant project responsibility. Also, candidates should be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented, as well as willing to participate in community and professional organizations as part of professional development.

Candidates must be admitted to the Texas Bar. Judicial intern/extern/clerk experience a plus.
