Description
Greenberg Traurig's Dallas office is seeking a Corporate Associate with 4-5 years of experience for our growing private equity practice. Ideal candidates should have experience working with private equity funds, independent sponsors, and portfolio companies in connection with M&A transactions, capital raises, and debt and securities offerings. Candidates should also have experience drafting operating and partnership agreements, and attending to the day-to-day needs of portfolio companies.
Candidates should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and research skills, experience negotiating important transaction documents, the ability to draft M&A transaction documents, and the candidates should be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, team-oriented, and personable. Candidates must be admitted to the Texas Bar and should be willing to participate in community and professional organizations as part of professional development.Greenberg Traurig is committed to having a diverse and inclusive workforce.
