Our Los Angeles Corporate Practice is well-established, yet fast growing and dynamic, with opportunities to work on a variety of transactions for clients in diverse industries. Our practice focuses on complex transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, governance and corporate finance. We work with clients in a wide variety of industries, including consumer products, financial services, healthcare, aerospace and defense, manufacturing and distribution, food and beverage, real estate investment trusts, and software and technology, among others.

Job Requirements

Ideal candidates will have 4 to 7 years of experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on private equity and mergers and acquisition transactions.

Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of  transactional documents utilized in complex M&A and private equity transactions. Additionally, they should be well-versed in the mechanics of leading M&A transactions, experience overseeing due diligence teams and the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, in addition to the skills necessary to supervise and train junior associates. 

The role requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload. Candidates should possess a strong academic background, client management skills and superior drafting and negotiation skills.
