Associate - Junior to Mid-level Financial Institutions (Bankruptcy)
Description
The Atlanta office is looking for a bankruptcy associate to join the Financial Institutions Group; an established, team oriented financing practice. Qualified candidates should have two (2) to three (3) years of experience in bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and commercial litigation. Candidates should possess solid academic credentials and strong drafting skills and should desire significant responsibility, extensive client interaction, and regular participation in the firm’s marketing activities.
