Job Requirements

The ideal candidates will have 2 - 5 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Relevant experience should include due diligence review (title, survey, leases, etc.), drafting and negotiating purchase and sale contracts, leases and loan documents, and handling closings.  In addition, the candidates should be comfortable working directly with clients. Must be admitted, or be eligible for admission, to the Florida Bar.

The successful candidates will have a strong career history and currently work for a well-regarded law firm.  The role requires candidates with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, a willingness to learn and a desire to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment.
