A minimum of 4 years corporate transactional associate, with significant experience in M&A, venture capital (investor and company-side), equity offerings, and general corporate transactional representations. Candidates should possess a strong academic background and superior drafting and negotiation skills, be willing to take on significant responsibility for deal management, client interaction and work product, and be diligent, proactive, supportive and team oriented. Admission to the Massachusetts bar required.
