Greenberg Traurig’s Dallas office seeks a collegial and highly motivated patent agent with 2+ years of patent prosecution experience. This position is not the typical patent agent position focused solely on patent prosecution.  Our firm’s vibrant M&A practice and large amounts of strategic patent counseling work provide an array of opportunities to help our clients achieve their business goals. 

A Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science is preferred, but relevant industry experience plus a comparable degree in another engineering discipline is also suitable.

This qualified individual must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong writing and analytical skills. Must be self-motivated, flexible and willing to travel. Prior experience at a regional or national law firm is preferred.
