Greenberg Traurig has an excellent opportunity for a junior Associate to join the Corporate Practice of our Dallas office. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.

Job Requirements

Candidates must have a maximum of 3 years of experience, strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and other documentation common to M&A and private equity transactions, and proficiency in the drafting and negotiation of the same. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, keen attention to detail, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential.

Additional requirements: Experience with the corporate and securities work associated with M&A transactions from inception to closing, experience leading due diligence teams, general corporate and corporate governance experience, and an ability to work effectively as part of a team across practice areas.  Experience working with private equity sponsors is helpful. Must be admitted to the Texas Bar or eligible for admission to the Texas Bar.
