Greenberg Traurig's Minneapolis office is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate with at least 4 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions, commercial contract drafting, and related business matters. Technology transaction experience preferred.   
   
Candidates must be admitted, or be eligible for admission, to the Minnesota Bar.   
   
Candidates should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and research skills, experience negotiating important transaction documents, the ability to draft M&A transaction documents, and the candidates should be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, team-oriented, and personable.
