The New Jersey office of Greenberg Traurig is seeking a litigation associate with between two (2) to (5) years of litigation experience. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, and strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills.  The ideal candidate will have experience in a mid to large law firm, along with extensive experience drafting pleadings, conducting research, managing traditional and electronic discovery, and appearing before state and federal courts. Experience in the areas of trade secret and non-compete counseling and employment law a plus. 
Candidates must be in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.  Federal or State Appellate clerkships a plus.
