Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, currently has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for two 2nd- 4th year associates in the Corporate practice of our Dallas, TX office. Ideal candidates should have experience working with private equity funds, independent sponsors, and portfolio companies in connection with M&A transactions, capital raises, and debt and securities offerings.  Candidates should also have experience drafting operating and partnership agreements, and attending to the day-to-day needs of portfolio companies.  

Job Requirements:  

Candidates should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and research skills, experience negotiating important transaction documents, the ability to draft M&A transaction documents, and the candidates should be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, team-oriented, and personable. Candidates must be admitted to the Texas Bar and should be willing to participate in community and professional organizations as part of professional development.
