GT is consistently among the top firms on the Am Law Global 100; the Litigation Associate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country. The Minneapolis team has a dynamic and continually growing practice focused on corporate trust and structured products litigation, finance and financial services litigation, white collar crime and internal investigations, products liability and mass torts, environmental litigation, and appellate specialties.  A unique and compelling feature of our law firm is that we offer a strong local presence, but also with a national and global platform that allows us to help our clients on their most interesting and complex litigation issues.
 
Job Requirements:
Applicants should have 1-3 years of litigation experience, with judicial clerkship experience a plus.  The ideal candidate must have excellent academic credentials and careful, excellent attention to detail and research and writing skills.  Candidates should have experience analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation, ranging from state and federal court motions to dismiss, summary judgment and class certification motions, writs and appeals. Candidates must be in good standing with the Minnesota Bar or be admitted as soon as practicable.

Greenberg Traurig’s Litigation Practice comprises more than 700 litigators globally, including more than 60 former federal and state prosecutors, who handle thousands of litigations and arbitrations. It assists clients with antitrust; appellate; commercial litigation; class actions; construction; eDiscovery and eRetention; environmental; fiduciary litigation; financial services; IP litigation; IDR; labor and employment; media and entertainment; products liability, including pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare; real estate, securities and shareholder, and technology related litigation; and white collar criminal defense.
