The candidate shall prepare a wide variety of correspondence and reports and compose routine non-technical correspondence, such as letters of acknowledgement or notification




  • Consolidate and finalize information for various reports; gather and summarize information from files and documents for supervisor’s use in responding to inquiries; edit documents for correct grammar, spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and format.
  • Screen incoming mail, receive telephone calls, and greet visitors.
  • Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Review and update office procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations regarding the clerical, procedural, and administrative work of the unit.
  • Establish, maintain, purge, and dispose of office records and files in accordance with regulations and procedures.
  • Make travel arrangements including scheduling transportation, making lodging reservations, and preparing travel orders and vouchers.
  • Prepare, consolidate, submit, and maintain time and attendance records in accordance with established procedures.
  • Gather all requisitions for office supplies, printing support, and related materials and services.
  • Update tracker or suspense files as required.



BS Preferred.  Experience comparable to Air Force Enlisted with a military grade of E5 - E7 has been used to meet this requirement.
