General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for a dynamic and energetic Business Coordinator for our apartment communities!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting and preparing daily deposits of rent
- Participating in collection efforts
- Preparing and filling court papers
- Assisting the leasing staff as needed
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in property management
- Have an excellent sense of time management and be self-motivated by the success of others
- Be business minded, goal oriented, and always leads by example.
