General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for a dynamic Regional Property Manager for the Richmond area. You will be responsible for the overall management of a portfolio of apartment communities. Your responsibilities will include: revenue maximization, delinquency management and cost control strategies for all communities. You will travel to sites on a regular basis to work closely with on-site teams, conduct property walks, and ensure each communities success. To be considered for this role you will need at least 5-7 years’ supervisory experience in the market rate multi-family sector or related industry. You will also possess experience in overseeing leasing/marketing initiatives and financial management. You should also be an exceptional coach and provide creative solutions for your teams.
